Who we share it with
- Our service providers, who act on our instructions: our website host, Cloudflare, Inc., and our email provider, Zoho. Our contact form does not send anything through this website: it opens your own email app, and your message reaches us by email.
- Our brands, CYRCA London or Paryta, where your enquiry is about them, so they can reply.
- Professional advisers, such as our accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare's global network, so technical information about your visit may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum, as provided for in Cloudflare's data processing terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry emails: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, when we keep records as long as the law requires.
- Technical logs: kept by our host only as long as needed to keep the website secure and working.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
